Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to oversee and coordinate a remote valet team of 15. This role involves managing customer interactions, scheduling services, and ensuring smooth operations during night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, manage, and support a team of 15 valet drivers to ensure efficient deployment aligned with customer requests
- Coordinate customer communications via phone and WhatsApp to schedule valet services professionally and promptly
- Plan and adjust team schedules to maintain optimal coverage during peak demand hours
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and operational issues quickly to maintain service quality
- Monitor team performance, attendance, and customer feedback to uphold service excellence
- Prepare and deliver daily operational reports and updates to management
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a stable remote work setup with reliable internet and a quiet environment to ensure uninterrupted coordination
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience of at least 1 year in operations, customer service, or logistics management, or a strong willingness to learn
- Proficiency in using WhatsApp and Microsoft Office (Excel) for communication and reporting
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and coordinate a remote team effectively
- Problem-solving skills to handle customer requests and unexpected challenges resourcefully
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) to communicate clearly with customers and team members
