Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Maintain accurate and timely accounting records and documentation
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure proper recording of all transactions
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
• Assist with audit processes and liaise with external parties
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the finance team

Requirements:

● Conceptualizing, planning, styling, shooting and editing static and motion graphics for

in-store, social and delivery platforms

● Prepare digital and print content/communication materials for various platforms

● Craft compelling content to drive brand engagement across all social media platforms

(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram) including images, copy,

video etc.

● Liaise with marketing team and external design vendors to ensure consistent and

accurate content and timely delivery of content

Requirements:

● Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere

• Engage and interact with viewers professionally to answer enquiries and promote products
• Explain product features and benefits clearly during live streams to inform customers
• Plan and create basic live content to improve streaming performance and viewer engagement
• Drive sales and increase brand awareness through effective live presentations
• Commit to consistent streaming schedules and maintain responsibility for assigned sessions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Comfortable and confident speaking on camera to engage viewers effectively
• Energetic, outgoing, and talkative personality to maintain lively interactions
