Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction or building services
- Strong understanding of M&E systems and construction processes
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills particularly in M&E works
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate on-site mechanical and electrical engineering activities
- Monitor project progress, coordinate site operations, and ensure adherence to project schedules
- Identify and resolve technical issues and site challenges in a timely manner
- Prepare and maintain accurate project status reports and documentation regarding M&E works
- Coordinate and review structural details and design interfaces to prevent clashes and ensure smooth execution
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and mechanical and electrical workflow
- Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with company quality standards, specifications, and contractual requirements
- Support project planning, execution, and completion within timelines and budget
