Assist Project Manager in preparing project plans, schedules and work progress Prepare and records Minutes of Meetings Coordinate construction timelines and track project progressive works Coordinate between site supervisor, subcontractors and supplies Ensure construction activities are carried out according to project plan Assist to update project schedules whenever necessary Monitor daily site progress and report updates to Management Attend project meetings with owners, PE, WP and subcontractors Prepares Quotations and Variation Orders Proficient in MS Excel and Words All other works as assigned
