About the Role
We are a Singapore-based recruitment firm specialising in the Healthcare, Engineering, and IT sectors. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven and commercially savvy Business Development Manager to spearhead our client acquisition efforts and elevate our brand in the market.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
• Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients across the Healthcare, Engineering, and IT sectors.
• Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive consistent revenue growth.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and pitches to establish and grow relationships with hiring managers and HR decision-makers.
• Negotiate and close service agreements and commercial terms with new and existing clients.
Client Relationship Management
• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, responding promptly to client needs and workforce requirements.
• Conduct regular client reviews and provide market insights and workforce intelligence.
Marketing & Brand Building
• Represent the firm at industry events, networking sessions, and career fairs to strengthen market presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing collaterals, proposals, and case studies.
• Leverage social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) and digital channels to promote the firm’s services and employer brand.
Collaboration & Reporting
• Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure seamless fulfilment of client mandates.
• Provide regular pipeline updates, sales reports, and market feedback to senior management.
• Contribute to the development of service offerings and pricing strategies based on market trends.
Requirements
Experience & Background
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales, account management, or business development experience.
• Prior experience in the recruitment, staffing, or HR solutions industry is an
advantage, though not mandatory.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good understanding of at least one of our core sectors: Healthcare, Engineering, or IT.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
Education
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
