Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the architectural team to ensure smooth execution of architectural works in line with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Role Overview: Seeking detail-oriented Junior and Senior Quantity Surveyors to manage full financial aspects of construction projects for a Singapore-based main contractor.

Key responsibilities: Quantity Surveyor (Junior)

Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and project budgets.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Lead site coordination with all trades, and liaise with client's representatives, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on technical matters.
• Coordinate design drawings with consultants to comply with authority requirements.
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings.
• Attend and lead subcontractor meetings.
