KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Planning and Execution:
Assist the Project Manager in developing and implementing comprehensive project plans.
Coordinate and oversee all construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project schedules and work programs.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Technical Documentation:
Prepare, review, and submit various project documents, including schedules, method statements, design plans, risk assessments, and monthly reports.
Conduct technical reviews of project specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements.
Site Supervision and Quality Control:
Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to contract specifications, drawings, quality standards, and ESH practices.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any deviations from project plans.
Prepare of QAQC related documentation (ITP, FOK Inspection Records, etc).
Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
Stakeholder Management:
Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities on project-related matters.
Attend regular project meetings and provide technical and non-technical solutions to issues.
Assist in verifying progress payments and claims from contractors.
Ad-hoc Tasks:
Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
Prepare reports and presentations as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or Project / Construction Management related field.
Min 4 years experience in Construction Project Management
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment.
Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be a good team player
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Experience / Knowledge in MS Project / Scheduling in Data Center Project preferred.

Responsibilities
Produce commissioning sequence & commissioning plan as per project requirements
Liaise with vendors, contractors to prepare testing scripts required for data center equipment and services commissioning and submit them to related authorities
Produce Testing and commissioning schedule and analyze commissioning critical path
Liaise with construction team for commissioning requirements to ensure commissioning milestones are achieved
Liaise with equipment vendors with their testing equipment set up and their requirements to ensure they can be accommodated on site for testing.
Ensure and track the commissioning activities are been carried out as per schedule
Track, record and update of commissioning status per weekly basic
Chair weekly commissioning meetings with vendors, suppliers, contractor and consultant
Issue weekly commissioning reports and commissioning and scripts tracker status
Log commission issues and resolve them together with vendors/contractors and suppliers
Lead Testing and Commissioning FAT, SAT activities with vendors, contractors and consultants.
Consolidate and validate the testing reports and document them per day to day basic
Arrange logistic Heaters, Data Loggers, PQA, Test PC, temporary CAC, HAC requirements for Heat Load Test & IST.
Support commissioning agent for HLT and IST by leading all vendors, suppliers and contractors.
Close out of all T&C issues and hand over the Documents as part of OMM.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent
At least 3 years experience in data centre testing & commissioning
Knowledge and skills in data centre systems and equipment, such as server, storage, network, power, cooling, fire protection and security

Prepare vendor Letters of Award (LoA) and subcontract agreements by incorporating the necessary appendices (e.g., Bill of Quantities, Schedule of Rates, specifications, drawings, and agreed deviations)based on approved templates and BD’s confirmed award instructions.

Develop, implement, and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP) for data centre projects to ensure alignment with project requirements, industry standards, and company BIM practices.
Lead, supervise, and mentor the BIM team by providing technical guidance, training, and support to ensure effective BIM model development and project delivery.
Establish, maintain, and enforce BIM standards, workflows, procedures, and templates to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across all project models.
Coordinate closely with design consultants, engineering teams, and construction teams to ensure proper BIM integration and accurate information flow throughout the project lifecycle.
Perform regular quality checks and audits on BIM models to identify and resolve errors, inconsistencies, and compliance issues with project standards.
Utilize BIM software to develop and manage accurate 3D models and generate coordinated construction drawings, schedules, and project documentation.
Conduct clash detection analysis and coordinate with relevant disciplines to resolve design conflicts and improve constructability

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
Minimum 6 years of relevant BIM experience in construction, engineering, or data centre projects.
In-depth knowledge of BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) and industry standards.
Strong understanding of data centre design and construction processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
