Job Description
You are expected to independently drive market expansion and business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and growing the company’s presence within the assigned territory. The role requires a strong ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve monthly sales targets, with a results-driven mindset and high level of accountability.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales and business development for medical devices within assigned territory
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare professionals
• Provide intraoperative (OT) support, working closely with surgeons during procedures
• Deliver product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and training sessions
• Support case coverage and provide technical advice during surgeries
• Manage territory accounts and execute strategic sales plans
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
• Collaborate with internal teams on product positioning and market strategies
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales
• Proven experience in supporting surgical cases in Operating Theatre (OT)
• Demonstrated strong understanding of spine implants, navigation platforms and IONM neuromonitoring system
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to communicate with surgeons confidently
• Experience working with hospitals (public and/or private) in Singapore
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced clinical environment
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required
• Background in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in spine / ENT / surgical / implantable devices
• Prior experience in training or mentoring junior staff
• Exposure to product launches and market expansion strategies
