DESCRIPTION:
· To assist with day-to-day operations in the administrative and HR department
· Assist in the recruitment and selection process
· Assist in operate Human Resource Management System
· Assist in benefits, claims and payroll process
· Register and arrange workers’ training course
· Administer work pass application, renewal, cancellation and other related matters
· Arrangement of worker dormitory check in/out matters and lorry parking label
· Arrange for Office Equipment Maintenance
· Any other duties assigned by Manager
· Update employee databases and ensure accuracy of employee information.
