You will lead the design and coordination of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) building services projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
1. Design and coordinate (M&E) building services to meet project standards.
2. Consult with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary approvals and ensure full compliance with statutory and project requirements.
3. prepare detailed tender drawings and cost estimation
4. Review shop drawings and technical specifications
5. Monitor project progress and ensure smooth implementation of project
6. Attend / conduct project meeting, site supervision and inspection carried out to the systems by contractors
7. Management Contract Administration
8. coordinate and attend site inspections with clients upon project completion
Requirement
1. Diploma / Degree Holder
2. At least 2 yrs relevant experience
3. Entry level are welcome
4. Able to work as Team
