Job Summary
We are seeking experienced secretaries to support our law firm with careful, diligent, and efficient administrative work, ensuring smooth operations and effective team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize legal documents and correspondence accurately to support litigation processes
- Use Microsoft Office apps (Excel, Word), PDF editors, and MS Teams to prepare and edit documents and facilitate communication
- Coordinate with team members to complete administrative tasks efficiently under pressure
- Maintain organized records and schedules to support daily office operations
- Apply strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative duties
- Communicate clearly in written and spoken English to assist with legal documentation and team interactions
- Knowledge of Tesseract accounting software will be an advantage
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience working in a law firm, especially with litigation exposure
- Proficiency in a second language to support diverse communication needs
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
