Job Summary
Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, payroll, policy development, compliance, employee relations, and training to support organizational effectiveness and workforce engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee exit processes to ensure smooth talent acquisition and transition
- Administer payroll, overtime, compensation, benefits, and employee welfare programs accurately to maintain workforce satisfaction and compliance
- Maintain and update HR records and systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Develop and implement HR policies to align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
- Monitor compliance and manage disciplinary processes to uphold workplace standards
- Support training programs and coordinate performance evaluations to enhance employee development
- Assist in HR planning, budgeting, and reporting to facilitate strategic workforce management
- Coordinate employee relations initiatives, including managing union interactions, committees, and foreign worker administration
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Human Resource Management with at least 5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a high-tech manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
