Job Summary
You will support the sales team by conducting site surveys, installing and commissioning hardware and software products, performing maintenance and repairs, and providing technical support to ensure timely, budget-compliant project completion.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys to gather accurate project requirements and support the sales team’s customer engagements
- Install and commission hardware and software products sold by the company to ensure full operational functionality
- Perform preventive maintenance and on-site repairs to maintain product reliability and minimize downtime
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections and testing to verify product quality before deployment
- Execute in-house repairs to restore product performance and extend equipment lifespan
- Carry out site and factory acceptance tests to confirm compliance with project specifications
- Provide 24/7 standby support for corrective maintenance and technical troubleshooting to resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and end-users to ensure projects and installations meet deadlines and budget constraints
- Assist with wiring, cabling, and system integration tasks to support seamless product functionality
- Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings to document system layouts and installations accurately
