Procurement Assistant Manager (F&B)

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee procurement operations, manage supplier relationships, and ensure efficient sourcing and inventory management across our diverse portfolio of F&B outlets. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Create and execute effective procurement strategies to meet the needs of our brands and optimize costs. 

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure favourable terms and conditions. Ensure timely and efficient supplier performance. 

• Negotiate contracts and manage order placements, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely resolution of issues. 

• Maintain accurate inventory records, oversee asset tagging and tracking, and manage inventory systems across all outlets. 

• Collaborate with chefs and outlet managers to monitor food and beverage costs, identifying opportunities for savings and improving cost efficiency. 

• Assist with procurement-related operational matters, providing support to ensure smooth service delivery at all outlets. 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry. 

• Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in securing cost-effective deals. 

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail. 

• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

The Finance & Accounting team is the backbone of the organisation, supporting practical budgeting, cash flow management, risk analysis, and accurate financial record-keeping across all arms of the business. As an Accounting Executive (Accounts Payable), you will be responsible for managing the organisation’s day-to-day transactional accounting activities, including revenue, collections, invoices, payments, and reconciliations.

Beyond core accounting responsibilities, you will also contribute to improving finance processes and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Review supplier invoices, inter-company charges, and staff claims to ensure accuracy and proper authorisation

• Record all payables transactions in Xero & QuickBooks in a timely and accurate manner

• Follow established approval workflows and process payments in accordance with agreed credit terms

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with suppliers

• Maintain accurate and complete AP documentation and filing in line with Company policy and accounting standards

• Respond to supplier and internal management inquiries relating to payables

Finance Operations & Projects

• Assist with month-end closing activities, including AR and AP reconciliations

• Support cash flow monitoring and forecasting

• Assist in annual financial audits by preparing schedules and supporting documentation

• Actively participate in improving and streamlining Finance and Accounting processes

• Support Finance & Accounting projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

Qualifications

• Minimally a diploma in accountancy, finance, banking or related studies
• Minimally 1 year experience
• Keen eye for detail, ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Experience in F&B/FMCG industry is a plus

Ebb & Flow Group is a local Food & Beverage company in Singapore seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support our Senior HR Manager, primarily in payroll processing and HR administrative duties. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with minimal HR experience who are keen to learn payroll and core HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monthly payroll processing using QuickHR

• Update and maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll data

• Prepare basic payroll and HR reports using Microsoft Excel

• Support onboarding and offboarding administrative tasks

• Handle HR documentation, filing, and data entry

• Respond to routine payroll and HR-related employee queries

• Provide administrative support to other HR team members when required

• Perform ad-hoc HR duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/Higher Nitec in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Basic knowledge or interest in payroll and HR administration

Guest Experience & Service Excellence

• Lead and elevate the overall guest journey from reservation to departure

• Personally welcome VIPs, regulars, and special event guests

• Ensure service standards reflect the brand’s premium positioning

Reservations & VIP Management

• Oversee reservation systems and table allocation strategy

Requirements
