We are seeking a hands-on and dependable HR professional to take full ownership of the company’s HR function. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, regulatory compliance, and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding and offboarding
• Maintain HR operations, policies, SOPs and accurate employee records
• Prepare monthly payroll and work closely with Finance to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Handle MOM work pass applications, renewals and ensure ongoing compliance with employment regulations
• Administer employee-related insurance such as FWMI, WICA and vehicle insurance
• Support employee relations, engagement initiatives and staff welfare programmes

Requirements

• Experience in full-spectrum HR, including payroll and MOM work pass matters
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of HR responsibilities
• Meticulous, responsible and able to handle confidential information with integrity
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

Job Scope:

• Issue Invoice and send to customers (mail, email, e-invoicing)
• Send statement of accounts and payment follow-up
• Checking of the supplier invoice against the purchase order
• Handle and coordinate order for a related company
• Manage petty cash
• Assist the finance Manager with various financial and admin tasks.

Requirements

• Basic MS office applications (Words, Excel)
• Ability to work independently and multitask
• Proactive, meticulous, organized and willingness to learn

• Work Week : 5 Days (Mon-Fri 8:30am to 6pm)
