Job Responsibilities
* Provide professional consultations and recommend suitable aesthetic treatments and packages
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Follow up with leads and existing clients to maximize sales opportunities
* Achieve and exceed *monthly KPI and sales targets*
* Maintain excellent customer service standards
* Assist in operations and appointment coordination
Requirements
* Minimum *2 years of experience* in beauty, aesthetics, or related sales roles
* Proven track record in achieving sales targets
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-oriented
* Comfortable working in a KPI-based performance environment
Salary & Benefits
* *Basic salary: From $3,000 onwards* (based on experience)
* *Average monthly earnings: $5,000 – $8,000* when KPI achieved
