Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP financial consulting or as a Systems Accountant / Finance Transformation professional.
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS and SFRS, with the ability to translate standards into system configurations.
• Proven experience in financial data analysis, reconciliation, and troubleshooting complex ledger issues.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as CA, CPA, or ACCA (active membership preferred).
• Experience in managing financial workstreams in full-cycle ERP implementations.
• Hands-on experience with group consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and multi-currency environments.
• Proficiency in financial reporting tools and advanced Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, data modelling).
• Familiarity with leading ERP platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is an advantage.
