As the Head Commercial Sales Director for the APAC region, you will own the region’s sales and business development strategy from identifying new revenue streams to closing complex commercial Partnerships and leading a world-class sales function.
Responsibilities will include
1. Driving revenue growth and new market expansion
2. owning sales strategy and performance
3. building deep customer and market relationships
4. leading a high performance sales organisation after establishing the new desk
5. owning financial and commercial outcomes.
6. Experience in Chemical industry with exposure of oil and gas
Requirements
1. A strong track record of delivering revenue growth cross APAC and global markets
2. expertise in strategic business development, complex deal making, and channel / partner management
3. leadership experience of more than 20 years building and scaling successful business.
4. Strong Technical, commercial and analytical mindset with mastery of forecasting, CRM, funnel management, commercial KPI’s 5. exceptional communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills 6. preferably, exposure to distributor/ agent networks 7. Should have full knowledge of documentation of the respective transactions 8. should have good information and experiences in helping financing from banks and building relationships with bankers.
9. Should have rich experience of logistics arrangements.
