JOB DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for client retention and account management of key major accounts
Provide account leadership during all stages of client engagement and effectively manage ongoing client needs and expectations
Understand the client’s business objectives and goals and to provide strategic consultation to ensure success for the client
Oversee all briefs on account, collaborate with the internal team and facilitate ideation, always looking for ideas that are big and offer the greatest impact on the clients business.
Scope and develop creative campaign proposals that achieve client marketing objectives
Keep abreast of latest digital marketing news and trends
Any other duties that may be assigned that are compatible with skills and experience
Ideally someone who: Have a passion for digital marketing and web technology.
Is focused, organised and highly detail-oriented.
Have 1 - 2 years of previous online advertising or marketing experience at a publisher, agency or ad tech firm. Prior online account management/ planning experience and familiarity with online advertising is a plus. Must be proficient in Powerpoint and Excel.
