We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team to drive marketing initiatives, business development, and office event management.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote property projects and services.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships.
· Plan and manage office events, client engagement activities, and promotional campaigns.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing and BD initiatives.
· Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals to support business growth.
Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
· Prior experience in marketing, business development, or event management is an advantage.
· Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
