Job Description & Requirements
Assist Tender manager with project tender and to assistProject managerto establish the quantity, unit rate, cost. Manage theprocurement, evaluation,claim, payment process and prepare the necessary datafor cost reporting.
Core Responsibilities
1. Quantity take-off and generation of Schedule of Quantity
2. Request for quotation from vendor and preparation ofsubcontractagreement and / or purchase order.
3. Handle progress claims and progress payment, VO &finalization ofaccounts
4. To work closely with the Project Team providing cost andfinancialadvice as well as contractual support and advice duringpre-construction,construction and post construction stage.
5. As and when required, you could also travel to and visitwork site
6. Assist in the procurement of sub-contractors andsuppliers ofspecified materials
7. Assist Project Manager in all contractual and costingmatters
8. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Job Specifications
1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying/Buildingor equivalentfrom a recognized University.
2. Able to read/understand/execute work based onconstruction drawings
3. Good communication, interpersonal and collaborationskills
4. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
