Responsibilities:
Coordinate and work with Consultants, Subcontractors, Structural & M&E team to resolve any technical and site issues.
Study & analyze Consultants' Drawings & Material Specifications in line with Building Code and Authority Requirement.
Understand the schematic diagram of the services such as fire services, plumbing services, ACMV services and electrical services.
To ensure the installation of all services follow the right sequence and also latest drawing before check by RTO inspection.
Monitoring and arrange working schedule for sub-con to start their work according to the schedule given.
Instruct and liaise with team on shop drawing standards, requirements and details.
Check drawings in line with authority requirements for submission & approval
Attend project coordination meetings/technical meeting and sub-con meeting, etc.
Liaise with teams on material status, specification clarifications, potential VO, etc.
Monitor and assist in documentation / schedule of shop drawings / materials / fittings / equipment schedule & site progress, etc.
Coordinate with construction team for implementation at site.
Requirements:
Degree in Building / Civil Engineering or related discipline
At least 3 years experience in relevant field
Able to work in Jurong Island
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Mon to Sat (Ability to work beyond normal working hours

Measure and prepare tender documentation and negotiation with contractors
Work closely with the Quantity Surveyor Manager to estimate cost and quantity take-off
Source for quotations from suppliers, sub-contractors and ,etc.
Deal with significant contractual issues including extension of time, loss and expense claims, terms and conditions etc.
Evaluate and process vendors claims
Prepare monthly progress claims and finalize project accounts
Assist Project Manager in the pre-contact and post-contact of projects
Verification of sub-contractor payment and final account
Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying or equilavent
Minimum 5 years of experience in related field
Familiar with local standards, project implementations & building codes
Good working attitude and team player
Good interpersonal and communication skills
5.5 Day Work Week (Ability to work beyond normal working hours)
