Job Responsibilities
- Support procurement activities, including sourcing, price comparison and purchase order processing.
- Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders on delivery and shipment arrangements.
- Check and manage shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists and delivery orders.
- Coordinate with the operations team on local & overseas ordering requirements.
- Assist in inventory tracking, stock reporting and documentation.
- Maintain proper procurement records and filing.
- Assist with general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics or supply chain (Fresh graduates may apply).
- Basic knowledge of import/export or shipping documentation is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
