Set-up, dismantle, store, maintain, handle and use of all products and resources required for outlet according to set standards. This includes the tidiness and cleanliness of all work and service stations
Deliver products and services that achieve the set standards
Check guest satisfaction, receive feedback, and report and provide feedback for improvement of products and services
Participate in the trainings provided, and apply them on the job to achieve set standards and to keep the brand promise
Complete initiatives to achieve or exceed monthly budget targets
