Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and accounts support to Seniors, including reconciliation of sales and purchase invoices against accounting software, credit card platforms, and bank statements
- Prepare payment advice and supporting documents as requested by clients
- Assist in preparing and issuing sales invoices using Xero/ Quickbooks accounting software
- Follow up on trade receivables and outstanding payments
- Attend to incoming phone calls and basic client enquiries
- Provide administrative support at client sites when required
- Handle general administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- Relevant administrative experience
- Willing to learn, training will be provided
