We are recruiting a proactive and detail-oriented candidate to support our Corporate Advisory Practice Group.

 Salary Range: S$2,800 – S$3,800

JOB DESCRIPTION

 Administrative/Secretarial Duties:

• Monitor assigned timelines, ensure timely filing and documentation of File opening & closing;

• Billings & collection;

• Conducting KYC (customer due diligence checks);

• Time entry and claims submissions;

• Preparing corporate secretarial documents and filing with the relevant government authorities;

• Providing general administrative support as required, such as preparing fee quotes and engagement letters; maintaining a database of templates, records and correspondences; preparing invoices; managing calendars, scheduling appointments and monitoring deadlines.

 Paralegal/Legal Support Duties:

• Proofread and format legal documents;

• Conduct litigation searches, desktop research and prepare summaries or reports;

• Assist with the preparation of documentation for notarization;

• Perform any other applicable ad-hoc duties/projects as and when required;

PRE-REQUISITES 

• Diploma in Law & Management or Paralegal Studies;

• Strong organizational, communication, time management and interpersonal skills;

• Meticulous, good work attitude and able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;

• IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel applications;

• Good command of spoken and written English; and

• 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a law firm is preferred.

Job Description:

• Provide executive support to real estate partners and associates in all aspects of their work;

• Handle incoming calls, correspondences and confidential documents;

• Attending to clients in meetings;

• Assisting clients in their application for CPF and attending to completion of transactions;

• Dealing with enquiries, assisting on post completion work and handling the financial aspects of file transactions leading to completion.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years relevant working experience handling private or HDB residential and commercial properties transactions including sale and purchase of completed properties, project development work, redemption, mortgages & refinancing;

• Able to work independently to manage conveyancing transactions and clients;

• Conscientious and with an eye for detail;

• Good communication and interpersonal skills;

• Ability to maintain confidentiality;

• Ability to attend to bankers and clients;

• Applicants with no relevant or partial experience but are open to learning new skills and taking on challenges are invited to apply.
