Key Responsibilities

• Oversee group and project-level financial reporting, budgeting and cashflow.
• Lead finance for primary land development, JV structures and project financing.
• Establish controls, policies and systems for multi-entity, cross-border operations.
• Partner with senior management on capital raising, bank and investor reporting.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Finance; CA/CPA or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years’ experience, with strong real estate development background, including primary land development.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore standards and Vietnam/project finance exposure an advantage.
• Hands-on, commercially minded, able to operate in a lean entrepreneurial set-up

• Handle AP/AR, GL, bank reconciliations and month-end closing.
• Assist in preparation of financial reports, schedules and budgets.
• Support audits, tax submissions and documentation for project entities.
• Maintain proper records and help improve finance processes.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• 2–4 years’ relevant experience; exposure to real estate or investment firms an advantage.
• Good Excel skills, attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
• Comfortable working in a lean team and cross-border setting.
