Job Description
- Guide and support the retail team in daily nursery operations
- Assist customers with plant recommendations and care advice
- Ensure plants are well-maintained through watering, pruning & repotting
- Oversee plant displays, nursery layout, and product presentation
- Manage stock levels, coordinate replenishment & monitor plant health
- Handle suppliers, deliveries, and support inventory planning
- Improve sales performance and customer experience
- Create simple social media content featuring new arrivals & nursery highlight
Job Requirements
- Good communication and people skills
- Experience in retail, customer service, or team supervision
- Organised, proactive, and able to multi-task
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
- Able to work on weekends / PH when needed
- Interest or knowledge in plants and gardening is a bonus
- Basic understanding of social media (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) is an advantage
Work Details
- Location: 90 Jalan Lekar
- Transport: Pick-up from Chua Chu Kang MRT
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
