• Managing the overall design process for civil and infrastructure projects from design development to construction stage.

• Coordinate and interface with various stakeholders including civil, structural, geotechnical, and M&E consultants, as well as LTA, authorities, and contractors.

• Review and evaluate technical submissions, design drawings, and reports to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and design intent.

• Support in managing the design schedule to ensure timely delivery of all design packages according to project milestones.

• Participate in design and technical meetings, identifying and resolving design discrepancies and constructability issues.

• Ensure authority submissions are prepared accurately and submitted on time; follow through until approvals are obtained.

• Implement and monitor design quality assurance/control systems and ensure that all designs meet relevant safety, environmental, and sustainability standards.

• Assist in the evaluation of design changes, variation proposals, and value engineering opportunities.

• Any other duties that assigned by a superior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board Singapore

• Min 12 years of engineering experience and at least 8 years of experience in the design of civil and infrastructure project structures of similar scale, complexity and nature of work. Preference will be given to candidate with LTA experience.

• Strong technical understanding of civil and structural engineering design, construction methods, and sequencing.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.

• Good team player, self-motivated with strong ability to multi-task and able to handle fast-paced projects.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.

· Support quarterly GST submission and receivables

· Perform Accounts Payable function (i.e process invoices and payments)

· Manage month end close process and ensure all journals, bank reconciliations & etc

· Prepare monthly management reports

· Preparing documents for annual audits and liaising with auditors

· Ensuring compliance with current accounting standards

· Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

. Respond to vendor and customer inquiries regarding billing and payment status

. Handle general office administration and provide ad‑hoc support for finance and administrative activities

· Enforcement of the implemented Safety Management System for the purpose of ensuring the safety of all staffs and workers in the workplace/projects

· Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments and follow-up actions to maintain high safety standard and compliance to Company's ISO & OSHAS policies

· Conduct monthly Safety Committee meetings and put up safety reports, including safety issues

· Conduct accident/incident investigations and recommendations on corrective action to prevent recurrence

• Assist Project Manager and Site Manager to organize and deploy resource/material for project, attend site matters and complains related to project sites.
• Coordinate, organize and prepare construction documents and drawings.
• Coordinates with subcontractors on matters of building construction and to ensure the architectural workmanship standards.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings, materials and necessary documents to consultant for approval.
• Prepare and attend RTO inspection, attend site meeting, monitor and supervise site Architecture works and liaise with consultants.
• Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect.
• Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
• Liaise with the QA/QC team to implement and maintain a robust quality control plan for architectural elements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in HDB (BTO) project.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering.
• Knowledge in Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC).
• Knowledge in Singapore Building Codes and Regulations.
• Familiar with local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS and other Quality Mark Assessment.
• Strong leadership, coaching skills and organising abilities.
• Able to work independently.
