Main Duties

• Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping.
• Oversee the requirements and needs for daily banquet events relating to housekeeping.
• Work with the Housekeepers to allocate work assignments on a daily basis and ensure optimum cleanliness and service standards.
• Ensure cleanliness of all premises including back of the house areas.
• Daily routine inspections to identify and detect defects and follow up with quick rectification;
• Monitor and maintain cleaning materials and ensure all inventories are adequately stored, recorded and properly maintained;
• Recommend and control housekeeping amenities in the Club’s changing rooms/toilets for members’ use.
• Oversee and supervise facilities attendants and operation assistants in carrying out removal and disposal of approved unwanted items
• Ensure all logistics and setup planning and communications to housekeepers are properly done in accordance to the Activities Instructions.
• Daily routine walks through and inspections. Identify and detect defect and follow up with quick rectification.
• Monitor and maintain cleaning materials and ensure all inventories are adequately stored, recorded and properly maintained;
• Ensure proper barricading of housekeeping or wet area and the safety of stakeholders are adhered to;

What you will be doing

• To be responsible for the day-to-day operations of FLEX gym, which include providing good service standard, managing the diverse needs and requests of members at all level and smooth function of the facility to the members.
• To ensure the proper and safe usage of the gym by members in accordance to the bye-laws and standing instructions set forth by the management.
• To work closely with the administration to plan, organise, market and conduct (where applicable) ad-hoc and periodic (monthly) fitness related activities to Club members to attain financial goals and ensuring consistently high service standards.
• To devise programmes and schemes to actively engage members and promote social interaction amongst them.
• To report timely to the supervisor on faulty equipment in the gym and take charge of the repair and maintenance work of the equipment.
• To work with relevant departments to ensure the cleanliness and proper upkeep of the gym at all times.
• Perform floor duties to guide members on proper use of machines and to perform routine maintenance of the machines such as oiling.
• Ensure the proper billing and signing-in of members and guests using the gym
• Ensure members sign-in and sign-out for gym towels and proper recording of towels for laundry purposes.
• Administer own client’s Personal Training programmes as follow: -

What we are looking for

• Minimum 2-3years of experience as a Fitness coaching/training with recognized Certification in fitness training, such as ACE/ NCSF/ NASM/ FIC/ FISAF.
• Good knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and fitness principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with members of diverse backgrounds and fitness levels.

What you will be doing

• Assigned at the Sports Booking Counter to attend to members during shift hours.
• Handle any walk-in/phone request for members' bookings and any related enquiries
• Use of POS System and other payment systems to process members booking
• Support the process bookings administration of sport activities and recording of booking information (take bookings / issue booking chits and keys to the facilities where applicable / turn on or off the facilities lights where applicable).
• Assist with the Issuance of towels and locker keys to members and ensure members sign-out and sign-in for them accordingly.
• Ensure related keys, equipment and towels are returned by members after use.
• Handle registration and withdrawal of sports activities and training programs
• Assist in administrative duties (data entry, handling of mailers / letters & correspondences, replenishment of items for the counter etc.)

What we are looking for
