Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices to ensure operational efficiency
Monitor and maintain company network systems including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points for optimal connectivity

Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, asset inventory, and maintenance records for compliance and tracking

Coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing and IT-related purchases to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and safety standards to maintain a secure IT environment
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Industrial Technology, or related fields
Knowledge in computer assembly, troubleshooting, and maintenance to support hardware lifecycle
Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, IP configuration, routers, and switches for network management
Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic server concepts to support daily IT operations
Knowledge of CCTV, access control, or system integration to assist in security and operational technology
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
Good communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with colleagues and vendors

Requirements:
