Job Responsibilities
- Manage all public relations matters related to the project.
- Plan, launch, and manage public relations programmes to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Prepare and disseminate circulars to residents and stakeholders regarding upcoming or ongoing work activities.
- Develop and maintain the annual Public Relations (PR) plan and prepare weekly/monthly engagement reports for submission to Government Agencies.
- Prepare presentation materials for meetings with Government Agencies and external stakeholders.
- Organize briefing and meeting sessions with internal teams, residents, community groups, and other stakeholders.
- Handle and resolve conflicts, feedback, and complaints relating to project works.
- Follow up with relevant parties to ensure effective and timely resolution of issues raised by the public or authorities.
- Conduct regular site visits to affected residents to gather feedback, provide updates, and communicate any schedule changes or impacts.
- Attend feedback calls, and participate in weekly/monthly meetings with relevant authorities.
- Coordinate with Contractors, Project Teams, and Operations personnel to implement corrective actions where required.
- Initiate and maintain communication with property owners, Management Corporations (MCST), Resident Committees (RC), Citizens’ Consultative Committees (CCC), Town Councils, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with authorities on all required submissions and follow up to obtain approvals.
- Remain contactable to address urgent public relations matters throughout the project duration.
- Perform any other PR-related duties as assigned by the Superior.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 year of relevant experience working on LTA or PUB projects (public relations, stakeholder engagement, or related functions).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Friendly, approachable, and professional personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attentive, diligent, and able to work cohesively with site teams and cross-department functions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage challenging stakeholder situations confidently.
