Job Descripton

• Review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), electrical schematics, and functional design specifications (FDS).

• Develop comprehensive, project-specific T&C procedures, Method Statements, Commissioning Risk Assessments.

• Conduct pre-commissioning walkthroughs and Punch-List generation to identify construction or installation defects prior towet testing.

• Lead field testing activities, including loopchecks, instrument calibration verification, pump alignment/rotation checks,and valve operational tests.

• Oversee the initial loading of process media,resin beds (cation/anion/mixed beds), RO membranes, etc.

• Collaborate with PLC/automation engineers to perform input/output (I/O) verification, interlock testing, and functional sequence tuning.

• Start up and optimize the different water treatment system like DI, UPW, WWTP, Recycling plant, chemical dosing systemetc.

• Monitor, measure, and record critical process parameters such as flow rates, trans-membrane pressures (TMP), differential pressures, pH, conductivity, and TOC, etc.

• Troubleshoot process upsets, hydraulic bottlenecks, or equipment failures during the startup phase.

• Compile complete commissioning data books, including signed-off test sheets, calibration certificates, and rawwater/product water quality analytical reports.

• Conduct hands-on technical training sessions for the client’s operations and maintenance (O&M) teams.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical/ Environmental/ Mechanical Engineering related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience inmanaging quality

• Candidates with senior experiences willbe considered for a senior role.

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive with experience in the water industry to support the Company’s purchasing operations. The role involves supplier evaluation, sourcing, negotiation, purchase order management, and close coordination with project and service teams to ensure timely and compliant procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate suppliers regularly to ensure approved vendors can meet the Company’s purchasing requirements, particularly for water treatment equipment, materials, services, logistics, and supply chain support.
• Obtain quotations and negotiate contracts, commercial terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers, vendors, contractors, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
• Generate and issue Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers, vendors, and contractors in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor Purchase Order delivery status, shipment schedules, and logistics arrangements, while liaising with colleagues on procurement progress and updates.
• Coordinate import/export shipments, freight arrangements, customs clearance, and delivery schedules to ensure timely material availability for projects and service activities.
• Maintain accurate procurement, logistics, and shipment records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Liaise with project and service teams on procurement-related issues, delivery timelines, shipment coordination, and technical requirements.
• Resolve procurement, logistics, and shipment discrepancies to support smooth project execution and operational continuity.
• Work closely with suppliers and logistics partners to optimize inventory availability, transportation efficiency, and cost control

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 2–3 years of procurement experience, preferably in the water industry

• Familiar with water treatment equipment, chemicals, spare parts, and subcontractor sourcing

• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills

• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Description

• Site visit to different customer water systems and provide technical solution/quotation for trouble-shooting, system improvement and retrofitting

• Collaborate with engineering and service teams to develop the best solution for the customer

• Develop and implement commissioning plans, test procedures, and schedules aligned with project milestones.

• Oversee field verification, functional performance tests, and start-up activities for water/wastewater treatment processes.

• Ensure all commissioning activities adhere strictly to quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations and smooth handover.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience in process water, clean water, or wastewater treatment technology.
