Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive business development strategy to achieve revenue growth and expansion objectives

• Originate and execute high-value business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic initiatives

• Own end-to-end deal lifecycle — from opportunity sourcing to negotiation and closure

• Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, partners, and key stakeholders

• Work closely with senior leadership to shape and prioritise growth initiatives

• Collaborate across functions to ensure feasibility and successful execution

• Develop business cases supported by market insights and analysis

• Oversee pipeline performance, including forecasting and reporting

• Support the launch and scaling of new services or programmes

• Provide regular insights to management on opportunities and performance

Requirements:

• Masterr’s Degree in Science or a related discipline

• At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships

• Proven track record in originating and closing commercial deals or partnerships

• Strong ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders

• Sharp commercial judgement with a bias for action

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

• Ability to own outcomes end-to-end and work effectively across functions
