Responsibilities:
· To attend meeting with the architect / consultant / main contractor with regards to site issues
· To lead the project team ensuring projects are executed according to schedule
· Identify, manage and resolve project issues
· Manage the sub-contractors’ and suppliers’ performance
· Ensure work orders are issued to production department / glazier for fabrication
· Ensure shop drawings, samples, project documents are submitted for approval according to project schedule
Requirements:
· Minimum Degree / Diploma in Architecture / Building / Civil Engineering or equivalent
· Class 3 driving license
· Good communication and writing skill in English and able to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage
· Minimum 10 years of working experience in the construction related field in Singapore
· 5.5 days per week
