We are hiring a General Manager / Commercial Lead to oversee overall business performance across operations, sales, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across CAL & CAL MED
Drive revenue performance and develop strategies to improve sales and conversion
Monitor profitability, cost control, and overall business performance
Manage and align sales, operations, and marketing teams
Oversee marketing direction and ensure campaigns are commercially effective
Establish structure, systems, SOPs, and reporting across the business
Recruit, train, and structure the team to support business growth
Set performance standards and manage team accountability
Ensure consistency in operations, service standards, and customer experience across all locations
Identify gaps and implement solutions proactively
Prepare weekly performance reports (sales, marketing, team, key issues) with clear action plans
Take full ownership of execution and results across the business
Requirements
Proven experience managing a business unit, multi-outlet operations, or similar scope
Strong commercial understanding of revenue, profitability, and sales performance
Experience managing cross-functional teams (sales, operations, marketing)
Good understanding of branding and marketing from a business perspective
Comfortable making decisions independently and taking ownership
Experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, fitness, or F&B is preferred.
