Responsibilities:

• Perform warehouse daily goods receiving, picking of cartons.
• Loading and unloading of cartons.
• Pick , pack & other logistic warehouse duties assign.
• Delivery of cartons to customers using company's van.
• Submit documents in timely order to Customer Service Team.
• Proper documentation to be completed during services to clients.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior.

Requirements:

• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) during the conduct of job tasks.
• Min 1 - 2 Years of relevant experience.
• Class 3 Driving license is a must
• Forklift License.
• Transport provided from/to Jurong East MRT
• 5 day work week (8.30am to 6pm)

Job Description & Requirements

• Respond to customer inquiries and feedback.
• Process cars registration and update company inventory database.
• Prepare quotation for repairs.
• Manage schedule for vehicle servicing.
• Maintaining company vehicles insurance records.
• Follow up with insurer and authorized workshop on the accident case (if a any)
• Provide support to customers during emergency situations and vehicle break down

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, operations or relevant fields.
• Ability to work independently.
• Responsible, team-player and organized.
• Proficient in MS Office.
