Job scope:

• Provide legal advice on general banking and structured trade finance transactions;
• review, draft and negotiate a wide range of general banking and structured trade finance related documentation, including parental guarantees, loans agreements, letter of credit agreements and receivables purchase agreements. Negotiate standard banking terms and other day to day banking agreements and NDAs.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of corporate and governance matters, including corporate restructurings, subsidiary management and support for board and committee meetings.
• Collaborate closely with the board of directors and senior leadership team to ensure effective corporate governance practices, including compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Develop close working relationships with Treasury, Financial Services, Financial Markets and Governance functions of the business to identify and manage legal risks with internal and external counterparts, and develop  strategies to support the achievement of commercial objectives while managing and minimising legal risks.
• Provide timely legal advice and solutions.
• Engage and manage external counsel where appropriate, and all related expenses.
• Maintain and develop legal templates, and processes to enhance productivity and consistency.
• Assist the global Corporate Secretary in the administration of Bunge Global SA and any other Bunge group of entities, including interfacing with external and internal counsel on a variety of legal and regulatory filings.

Requirement : 

Knowledge & Skills:

• Experience in structuring, drafting and negotiating legal documentation for general banking and structured trade finance transactions including but not limited to loans and credit facility agreements (e.g. LMA/APLMA format loan documentation), standby letter of credit/letter of credit facility agreements, receivables purchase agreements/forfaiting agreements, prepayment agreements and participation agreements (e.g. BAFT documentation)
• Experience in drafting and negotiating ISDA and other derivative and financial market products related documentation (desired)
• Good understanding of general banking and trade related financing issues such as assignment and novation, true sale, negotiable instruments, trade credit insurances, letters of credit (UCP 600), standby letters of credit, letter of credit confirmation and bank guarantees.
• Experience in cross border finance transaction.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills with ability to work under a diverse and multicultural environment.

Education & Experience:

• Qualified lawyer admitted in England & Wales, New York, EU, Singapore, Australia or any other major jurisdictions.
• At least 3-4 years’ experience in general banking and structured trade finance transactions and corporate governance gained from a major law firm, financial institution or corporate setting.

This position will be supporting Logistic Manager for coordinating logistics activities across different value chains in the Southeast Asia region, focusing initially on ocean going vessels. In this position, coordination with the commercial team help to maximum  the value of the trading books.

Main Accountabilities:

• Coordinate with commercial team, destination office, Global Logistics/origin/shippers and freight on all shipment planning and issues.
• Monitoring of the shipments at loading or discharge ports to ensure smooth execution and meet requirements, notify any potential or realized risks or issues to the Value Chain to resolve.
• Create and updating all the shipments planning/changes
• Coordinate with freight operation/destinations office/broker for any logistics or ad hocs issues  
• Vessels Acceptance – Liaise with port agent and freight on the vessel specifications are in conformance with load and discharge terminals and berths.
• Approval of costs related to logistics for shipments – freight payment, inframar taxes, artificial sep, double berth costs etc. 
• Coordinate closely with execution teams and destination office on the shipment execution and sometimes issue related to laytime with laytime desk. 
• Coordinate with freight operation on the pre-stowage plan, changes in execution plan or arrival dates requirement, other miscellaneous like hatch sealing, artificial sep, BL cut off etc.
• Ad hoc projects/reports in improvising or standardisation the efficiency of the logistics flows/execution

Requirement  :

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in logistics management in the commodity industry
• BS/BA in Business, Management or related quantitative field.

This is a 6-months fixed term contract maternity cover to provide continuity for Bunge Financial Services (BFS) controlling activities by managing core financial reporting, month-end close, and reconciliation processes, while supporting a strong control environment in collaboration with the Finance leadership team.

This role focuses on execution and coordination of key BAU activities, with appropriate review and approval by the manager for control-sensitive areas.

Main Accountabilities:

Financial Reporting & Month-End Close 

- Assist in the coordination and execution of monthly Financial Markets (FM) close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting

- Prepare monthly balance sheet reviews and variance analysis, highlighting key movements

Reconciliations & Data Integrity 

- Perform and coordinate key reconciliations, including:

      1) FX P&L and MTM reconciliations

      2) Intercompany balances

      3) Bank, margin, and unmatched trades

- Monitor discrepancies and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution

- Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data across systems

Control & Compliance Support

- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and supporting documentation for review and approval

- Support SOX control documentation and evidence preparation, ensuring audit readiness

- Prepare inputs for payment processes and control checks, with approvals retained by authorized signatories

Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with BBS and regional teams (e.g., Singapore, Rotterdam) to ensure timely deliverables

- Support communication during month-end close and reporting cycles

Requirement  :

• Degree in Accounting or professional accounting qualification with more than 5 years working and audit experience
• Possess  minimum 5 years of financial derivative knowledge and accounting treatments
• Good communication skills and able to deal with staff at all levels.
• Must have SAP experience and familiar with US GAAP preference
• Preferable to be from Agribusiness industry
• Relevant experience in financial reporting, controlling, or audit
• Strong understanding of month-end close and reconciliation processes
