▪ Support the Project Management Team in project implementation

▪ Co-ordinate and prepare work schedules to execute timely completion of projects

Requirements

▪ Minimum Degree / Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering & Construction

▪ Minimum 3 years relevant experience in civil, structural & architectural work

▪ Able to converse in English & Mandarin preferred

▪ Literacy in Microsoft Excel, Words, Powerpoint. Knowledge in Autocad & Microsoft Project has added advantage

• Using Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform drawing works.
• Coordinating submission schedules, monitor modelling/update drawing and inform key personnel if there are any changes.

• With 2 or more years of experience in AutoCAD, Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud and Navisworks.

The Accounts Executive duties and responsibilities are as follows:

Handle full set of accounts for monthly closing which includes:

1. Raise invoices
2. Raise journals
3. Input of invoices and payment of invoices
4. Preparation of suppliers’ payment
5. Cash book maintenance
6. Cash flow projection
7. Monthly Management Reports
8. GST preparation and submission
9. Tax preparation and submission
10. Preparation and sending out the monthly Statement of Accounts to customers

• Quarterly, half yearly and year-end financial closing.
• Preparation of Financial Statements for year-end closing
• Preparation of Audit Schedules
• XBRL preparation and submission of Financial Statements
• Assist in internal and external audit
• Assist in tax and GST queries
• Ensure compliances of Accounting standards and regulations
• Other duties as assigned by General Manager.

equirement:

• Min Diploma/Degree in Accounting.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting & finance.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
• Familiar with AutoCount Accounting Software
• Work independently with minimal guidance required, i.e., good time management, planning/organization and decision-making skills.
