JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• To perform general office administration & support office daily operations
• Maintain Proper Filing, scan document
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned from time to time.
• Maintain proper records in office database
• Involve in ordering of pantry supplies, stationery, papers, first aid kit items and monitor usage and maintain inventory record.
• Updating of notice board, emergency contacts and etc
• Attending Phone Calls, Visitors and guests
• Administering and managing mail and courier services
• Provide administrative support for other Departments

Requirements:

● Possess at least A Level / Diploma Qualification or the equivalent

● At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

● Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications like Word and Excel is essential

● Possess excellent communication skills

● Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment

● Good organization capabilities with a meticulous eye for details

● Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.

Job Description :

- To assist in mechanical / Electrical system design

- Installation progress as well as co-ordination with Clients, Consultants, main contractor, Subcontractors & authorities to ensure efficient and timely delivery assignment

- Report & monitor of progress of project to Project manager / Assistant Project Manager / Senior Engineer

- To co-ordinate meetings & daily briefing at site

- To guide & supervise Assistant Engineers / Supervisors

- To check all installation drawings & prepare relevant schedule

- To prepare cost estimation ,budget & control & to check sub-contractor’s progress claim

- To monitor & supervise work progression, Quality Control & ensure that safety regulation is observed

- To perform testing and commissioning at work site

- Maintain proper record in all M&E Issue

Requirements :

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical /Electrical

Min. 2 years’ experience in Mechanical / Electrical system design

Good site management &@ supervision skills

Good interpersonal skills

Strong Knowledge of M&E details, working drawings and local construction practices

Knowledge in Microsoft & autocad

JOB DESCRIPTION

• All Contracts administration works

• Preparation of plans, contracts, budgets and other documentation

• Quantity take off, cost estimate, contract administrations and support in tender exercise

• Documents preparation for sourcing of quotations for both pre and post tender stages

• Preparation of tender evaluation, conduct negotiation with subcontractors & suppliers

• Liaise with the Procurement Department to ensure that all material are procured in accordance with the project schedule

• To monitor and keep track of the project expenses and try to optimize the project profit.

• To attend progress meetings, technical meetings, material submission meetings and etc to capture all variation claims and potential variation works and time implication

• Responsible for preparation and timely submission of claims, variation orders, budget & cost control and settlement of final account.

• To ensure a timely closure of all main contract and subcontract final accounts.

• Risk analysis evaluation

• Feasibility studies

• Any other adhoc duties when required.

Requirements :

• Possess degree/diploma (Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering /Building/ Quantity Surveying) or similar

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience in Construction industry

• Good written communication skills

• Good track record

• Able to work on multiple projects, within simultaneous timeline

Responsibilities:

• Assist to produce M&E systems design drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings
• related to building and interior works
• Assist with site measurements
• Monitor site installation progress and update changes on site
• Prepare and compile AS-Built drawings for submission
• Assist in printing of all drawings as requested by project managers
• Ensure on-time completion of required drawings
• Proficient in 2D & 3D AUTOCAD & other desirable software skills (Autocad Revit, BIM)

Requirements:

· Minimum Engineering Diploma or equivalent

· Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background

· Familiar with local building codes

· Familiar with local submission procedures

· Exposure to ISO / drafting standards

· Be independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure

· and deliver timely

· Perform as a good team player
