· Assist sales staff to follow up spare parts inquires and make quotations.
· Prepare PO and Invoices.
· Communicate with customer related order status, delivery and payment.
· Provide coordination support to teammates.
· Data entry into system.
· Filing/documentation.
· Inventory checking.
· Adhoc task when require by manager.
Requirement
· Fluent in English and Chinese reading, speaking, writing.
· More than 1 year of experience in shipping environment preferred.
· Able to commit immediately or on short notice will be an advantage.
· Minimum Diploma.
· Proficiency in MS office.
Work Location: Tuas (candidates living in west area preferred)
Working Hours: 9:00-18:00, Mon-Fri.
