Responsibilities
- Lead MINI sales performance across assigned East Asia markets, managing wholesale, retail, profitability, and cost targets to drive business growth
- Develop and execute business plans, manage KPIs, enforce pricing discipline, and implement customer-focused strategies to optimize dealer and market performance
- Collaborate with finance, sales planning, and market stakeholders to design and drive sales programs and commercial initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute product launches, retail campaigns, and market activities that increase brand presence and sales
- Analyze market insights to shape competitive MINI product strategies, support product launches, pricing decisions, and provide commercial recommendations
- Manage retail pricing and contribution margin steering to align with and achieve business objectives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Management, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, product management, automotive, or regional business roles
- Strong planning, analytical, and stakeholder management skills demonstrated through effective collaboration with diverse regional stakeholders
- Commercially driven, proactive, and adaptable with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
