Job Summary
Join The Bloom Rehab as a Receptionist to manage clinic operations, coordinate patient appointments, and support administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth, professional experience for every patient in a growing premium healthcare brand.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily clinic operations and front desk activities to ensure efficient workflow
- Register patients and schedule appointments accurately to optimize clinic capacity
- Respond promptly to in-person and phone enquiries about clinic services and procedures
- Organize and maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality to support clinical care
- Process invoices and patient payments reliably to maintain financial accuracy
- Support corporate events and clinic initiatives to enhance patient engagement and clinic growth
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in receptionist or administrative roles, preferably in healthcare or medical clinic settings
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and team members to facilitate smooth interactions
- Organize tasks and multitask effectively to manage clinic demands and patient flow
- Use basic computer skills and medical record systems proficiently to handle administrative duties
- Handle numerical data and routine reporting accurately to support clinic operations
- Maintain a service-oriented, detail-focused, and professional approach in all tasks
- Uphold strict patient confidentiality in managing sensitive information
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in physiotherapy or medical clinic environments is preferred to understand clinical workflows

Work Hours
- Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays
- 44 hours per week
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary SGD 2,200 – 2,600 per month, commensurate with experience
- Annual wage supplement (AWS)
- Performance-based yearly increment and bonus
- Entitled to Annual leave
