Job Summary
You will perform bicycle servicing, repairs, and basic builds while ensuring every bike is checked and tuned before leaving the shop. You will provide customers with honest, professional advice and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Perform bicycle servicing and repairs on various types including Road, Foldie, MTB, Hybrid, and Gravel bikes
- Assemble basic bicycle builds accurately to meet quality standards
- Inspect and tune every bike before it leaves the shop to ensure safety and performance
- Provide customers with honest, professional advice tailored to their cycling needs
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support efficient operations
- Adapt to a fast-paced work environment while collaborating effectively with team members
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Regular cycling experience to understand rider needs better
- Experience with high-end bicycle builds or custom setups
