• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes daily for mixed rice display, ensuring consistent quality and taste
• Execute stir-frying and cooking techniques to produce large quantities of dishes efficiently

Required competencies and certifications

• Strong stir-fry cooking skills and ability to manage high-volume food production
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and work early morning shifts

Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives (vehicle sales, service revenue, parts, F&I).

• Plan, manage and optimize the marketing budget (campaign spends, promotions, events, agency fees).

• Create and run multi-channel campaigns: digital advertising (SEM, social, display), email & CRM, OEM co-op programs, local print, radio, outdoor.

• Manage dealership website, inventory merchandising, SEO, and online lead flow to maximize conversion.

• Oversee social media content, community engagement, and reputation management (reviews).

• Coordinate promotions, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and local events/open houses.
Build and refine lead management processes with Sales and CRM to ensure timely follow-up and lead attribution.

• Implement analytics and reporting to measure ROI, cost-per-lead, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost; recommend optimizations.

• Maintain OEM marketing program compliance, co-op funding claims, and advertising standards.

• Manage external agencies, vendors, and creative production; maintain asset library and brand standards.

• Train and support Sales, Service, and F&I teams on marketing initiatives and customer touchpoints.

• Meeting with clients and design agents to discuss upholstery ideas.
• Interpreting design orders and creating upholstery stencils.
• Selecting and sourcing upholstery materials.
• Dismantling veh for upholstery preparation.
• Measuring and cutting leather or fabric with the aid of design stencils.
• Installing foam and batting to the furniture framework.
• Installing and repairing furniture webbing and seating springs.
• Stretching out and installing fabric or leather coverings.
• Stitching, gluing, and nailing fabric into place.
• Smoothing out imperfections.
• Conducting quality checks on completed orders.

Requirements:

- Must have CEI (Basic) License for other EA personnel performing EA work.

- Or be willing to learn and take CEI (Basic) Licensing Test.

- 5 working days a week, 10 AM to 7 PM.

- Expected to work one Saturday or Sunday per week (can be discussed during interview).

Job Scope:

- Additional Sales Commission will be received per sales job completed, according to established company procedures.

- Be proactive matching suitable domestic helpers with families.

- Willing to be patient when liasing with helpers, employers and our partners.

- Basic proficiency in IT: use Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail, WhatsApp etc.

- Be willing to learn how to do administrative tasks (post-sales).

- Be a team player and effective communicator.

- Able to remain calm when problem solving.
