Job Description:
- Daily Operations: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the shop, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Staff Management: Conduct interviews, hire, and train new staff members. Provide ongoing training and development for existing staff.
- Sales: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Monitor sales performance and make adjustments as necessary.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and coordinate with suppliers. Ensure accurate inventory records.
