As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a "can-do" attitude, be a responsible team player, and play a key role in supporting the team and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned
Respond to general enquiries via phone and email professionally
Prepare and manage Stall Tenancy Agreements
Apply and renew relevant licenses including SFA, HSA, and SPF
Maintain and update records for all tenancy agreements and licenses
Update and manage stall rental information
Schedule and coordinate exhaust cleaning for outlets
Liaise and coordinate with Operations and Accounts teams to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
Diploma or higher qualification
Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in F&B or similar industry
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work independently with self-initiative
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A reliable team player with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership

Job Responsibilities
Handle month-end closing for multiple companies
Manage cash flow and perform bank reconciliations
Handle accounts payable and receivable, or full set of accounts
Prepare financial statements
Assist in audit schedules and liaise with auditors
Prepare and submit GST reports
Communicate with banks and other external parties
Provide general administrative support
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
Diploma or higher in Accounting or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, other Microsoft office and AutoCount Accounting software.
Able to multitask and work independently with initiative
Good communication and interpersonal skills
A team player with a positive and “can-do” attitude
