Ballet Classique seeks dedicated individuals to support customer service and administrative operations in a dynamic dance education environment.
Job Summary
You will support daily front counter operations, assist teachers with scheduling and attendance, manage customer communications, handle invoicing and CRM data, and contribute to social media marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to telephone calls, emails, and walk-in customer inquiries to provide excellent service
- Issue invoices accurately and collect fees while maintaining organized data in the CRM system
- Attend to students’ needs to ensure a positive experience during their classes
- Assist teachers by managing scheduling and tracking attendance records efficiently
- Support social media marketing by helping create and manage content as needed
- Perform front counter duties including customer reception and administrative support
- Carry out other operational and administrative tasks to maintain smooth daily functions
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare documents and manage data
- Strong proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate effectively with customers and staff
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer enquiries professionally
- Meticulous and responsible approach to work ensuring accuracy and reliability
- Ability to work independently with initiative and a creative mindset
- Organized and conscientious team player who collaborates well with others
Other Information
- Work schedule: 24 hours per week
- Able to work on weekend on Saturday and Sunday from 8:30am to 4:30pm
- Monday and Friday from 3:00pm to 7:00pm
- Immediate availability is an advantage
