Implementing health and safety plans, enforcing regulations, and reducing workplace hazards.
Inspecting work to ensure compliance with specifications, plans, and building codes
Organizing work crews, assigning tasks, and providing leadership/mentorship to workers.
Managing subcontractors, materials, and equipment deliveries.
Preparing daily reports, tracking costs, and managing on-site documentation.
Effectively bilingual (preferably have to handle Bengali workers)
May have to work overnight ( preferably at night shift until late night)
