A Site Coordinator oversees daily site operations to ensure compliance, safety, and efficiency. You will manage staff, resources, and customer relations while driving continuous improvement and emergency preparedness at the designated location.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to maintain smooth operations and compliance with company policies and safety standards
Oversee site maintenance and cleanliness to ensure a safe and functional environment
Serve as a liaison between site staff, management, and stakeholders to communicate goals, expectations, and updates effectively
Address and resolve site issues or conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work atmosphere
Manage inventory and supplies to ensure adequate resources and efficient allocation
Monitor equipment and facilities to maintain proper functioning and coordinate necessary repairs
Schedule and supervise site staff, ensuring adequate coverage and productivity
